EYESthere, Inc. Acquires the Assets of Logan Digital
Aug 14, 2006 – EYESthere, Inc. acquires the assets of Logan Digital Security, Inc. with the intent to dramatically expand its Portland Operations and develop a national Digital Video Security franchise organization.
Randy Andrews, former President of Logan Digital Security continues as a key shareholder and Vice President to EYESthere, Inc. Randy assures, “If you’re a current customer, you aren’t losing me, you are gaining a team of customer and technical support resources in a growing organization. The company will be expanding nationally so the first priority is to focus on ensuring that the Portland operation is a shining example.”
EYESthere's mission is helping customers "to protect and empower” their businesses with live and recorded video solutions. Eyesthere will continue its proven business model of providing comprehensive and high-quality digital video surveillance solutions to businesses. The company will be able to provide these businesses’ on-going security, peace of mind and improved business results.
