August 24, 2006 – EYESthere, Inc. selects the iFranchise Group (http://www.ifranchise.net/) as its franchise consulting partner. Two iFranchise top executives, Leonard Swartz and Jeff Abbott, completed a review of the EYESthere operations in Portland Oregon and are helping finalize the EYESthere franchise strategy.

Leonard Swartz has over 40+ years franchise experience, has been president of six companies (including Adecco Personnel, Chicken Delight and divisions of ITT and Snelling & Snelling) and has held senior posts with Dunkin’ Donuts, Adia Services, and PIP Printing. “EYESthere has some very unique technology and is an industry ripe for franchising” stated Mr. Swartz.
Jeff Abott was a former executive with McDonald's, Taco Bell, and with two start-up franchisors and was a Consultant with Arthur Andersen before joining the iFranchise Group. Jeff comments that “EYESthere has an aggressive business plan and I will use my start-up franchise experience to help assure they meet their high-growth goals”

EYESthere is heavily investing in the Portland market and plans to move its headquarters to Dallas, Texas by the 4th quarter and launch it’s franchising program in the 1st Quarter of 2007.
